"Treated" NOT tricked!

 

     With all the visual stimulation provided by most retailers
this time of year, it is easy to be lulled into a comfy and warm
feeling about Halloween. All the candy wrapped in their bright
wrappers seem to be calling your name! Kids and adults alike are
in a joyful frenzy trying to decide what they "will be" for the big
night. 
     Given the fun filled stimulation to all your natural senses it
is easy to see how anyone can get caught up in the October craziness! After all it's just harmless,sweet tasting fun isn't it?
On the surface, that would seem to be the case but when one
stops to consider the origin of this holiday, it is not harmless at
all.
     The Word of God tells us that we as God's children  should
be set apart, different, from the rest of the people, those who don't
belong to HIM. As HIS children, we need to stand out . Yes, it
is easy to be tricked by such a seemingly "fun" holiday, but if we
can but turn our eyes from the things that sparkle and shine, and
keep our eyes on the Lord, then we will discover the "real" and
the sweetest treat of all...eternal life!

 

You are more loved than you can ever know!

No matter what you are going through, not matter what or who may be missing in your life...never,never,never, forget that you are not alone! you are loved. You are loved more than you could ever know! Jesus loves you, call upon Him and He has promised to hear you, you need only to believe...

He has already proven His love for us....

One day when we stand before the one who took the nails for us, and loved us with a perfect and undeserved love, we will smile and say, "thank you Jesus, it was worth it all!...worth the loneliness,worth the fear, worth the lack and worth anything we ever suffered throughout our life on earth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

..."for the Bible tells me so." The Word of God tells us that
He loves us more than we can ever know! God's love for us, for
you, is unconditional, and one of a kind. Imagine for a moment
the most wonderful father you know, and how much he loves
his child. It would be safe to say that this same father would not
hesitate to do anything that he had to do to keep his child safe
and feeling loved.
     Now imagine you could measure this father's love,
multiply it to infinity, and even then you would have just an
idea of God's love for you as your Heavenly Father! Accept
this love, believe it, recieve it, it is yours!

  The Word of God says that His ears are always
open to our call. No matter what you may be going
through, no matter what you may need, call on Him
and He promises to answer and help you. He loves
you more than you can ever hope or imagine!

Father."
                            So you see, not matter who you are,
where you live, or what you  have or haven't
done, YOU are a child of God! if you believe in
Him and trust that He will do what He says He
will do. He loves you plain and simple!!!!
